URBANA 22
InterVarsity's Triennial Student Missions Conference
God uses Urbana to reveal his glory and call generations to surrender to Christ’s lordship. Urbana is a sacred space where students find calling and joining the Lord’s global mission whether across campus, zip codes, or the world. During this five-day conference, participants engage in a kaleidoscope of experiences including 16,000-person worship sessions, Bible exposition, messages and seminars, manuscript Bible studies, testimonies from the global church, and prayer ministry.
DATES
Urbana 22 will start Wednesday, December 28, 2022, with check-in between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The opening session is scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. Some Urbana 22 tracks will host orientation events in the afternoon before the opening session. If this applies to you, your track director will let you know. Urbana will end after the final general session, with everyone welcoming in the new year together, on January 1, 2023, at 12:30 a.m.
LOCATION & TRAVEL
Urbana 22 will be held in Indianapolis, Indiana. We will likely have a bus leaving from the Baltimore area to provide transportation for those who would like to to drive to/from Baltimore with other students. Otherwise, students are responsible for coordinating their own flights and transportation.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Scholarships are available for students for whom finances are a limiting factor. Please email an InterVarsity staff for info on scholarships.
